By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using TariffX.ai to analyze customs tariffs and HTS codes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TariffX.ai is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to provide guidance on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, ad valorem taxes, and Anti-Dumping/Countervailing Duties (AD/CVD).

Disclaimer: The information provided by TariffX.ai is for educational and informational purposes only and does NOT constitute formal legal, financial, or customs brokerage advice. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the AI-generated classifications. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your customs declarations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Credits

Our services are billed on a "credit" or subscription basis.

• All credit purchases are processed securely via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change upon prior notice.
• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for specific details regarding refunds.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Uses

All content, features, databases, and functionality on TariffX.ai (including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated outputs) are the exclusive property of TariffX.ai and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

STRICT PROHIBITIONS (Anti-Piracy & Anti-AI Scraping):

• No AI Training: You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using manual or automated methods (including spiders, scrapers, APIs, or bots) to extract, scrape, or harvest data from TariffX.ai for the purpose of training other artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or creating competing datasets.
• No Reselling or Sublicensing: You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from reselling, sublicensing, repackaging, or commercially distributing any part of our product, services, or generated outputs to third parties.

Legal Action: We monitor usage patterns actively. Upon discovery of any unauthorized data scraping for AI training or illegal reselling of our services, we will terminate your account immediately without refund, and we will immediately initiate legal proceedings and litigation to seek maximum compensatory and punitive damages.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the integrity of our systems.
• Share your account credentials with multiple unrelated users to bypass our billing mechanisms.
• Resell or offer TariffX.ai services as a white-label solution without our explicit written commercial partnership agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TariffX.ai, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, customs penalties, or delayed shipments arising out of your reliance on the AI-generated HTS data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or system announcements.
